You'll arrive in Dallas and check into your hotel. Later this evening, head down to the hotel bar where you'll meet your guide, driver, and the rest of the group for welcome drinks to start things off.

This morning your guide takes you through downtown Dallas before you explore Dealey Plaza and the 6th Floor Museum at your own pace. After lunch, you'll have free time in downtown, then head out to Downtown Grapevine in the evening to check out the local scene.

You're heading to Lubbock, Texas today, where Buddy Holly made his mark. Stop for lunch in Abilene and watch for photo opportunities along the drive. Once you reach Lubbock, check in and head out to catch some entertainment in Downtown Lubbock later.

Lubbock
Spend your morning learning about Buddy Holly's life and music. You'll visit The Buddy Holly Center, West Texas Wall of Fame, and several other sites connected to him. By evening, you'll have dinner and catch some local entertainment.

Lubbock to Amarillo
After breakfast, travel to Clovis, New Mexico. First stop is Waymore's in Littlefield, where Waylon Jennings got his start. Then you'll see the Norman Petty Recording Studio where Buddy Holly laid down some of his hits. Continue down Route 66 and end the day in Amarillo with dinner and nightlife.

Amarillo to Oklahoma City
Following breakfast, you'll spend time at Cadillac Ranch getting creative with spray paint on those iconic cars. Then it's a drive along Route 66 to Oklahoma City with a few stops along the way. Once there, you'll take a leisurely tour of OKC and spend time exploring Bricktown.

Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City to Tulsa

Tulsa

Tulsa to Fort Worth
