There were a few occasions where the amount of time allotted to an activity was not long enough (ie. only an hour for dinner and exploring Vienna's wine region.) - LFLindsey· September 5th, 2024I booked the 9 day European Charm tour for my parents and I and we had a great time. Our tour guide Martin was absolutely amazing. We felt so cared for. Everything went pretty smoothly. I would highly recommend Martin as a tour guide. Just one small thing about the first day of the tour it was slightly confusing as we expected more info about meeting the group. There was more than one note put up in the hotel foyer so it was a bit confusing as to which tour guide we were to meet the next day but in the end it worked out. Also there was very little direction for the first day - only that there would be a message in the hotel foyer. Glad we didn't wait around all day for the note. We ended up taking the tram into Vienna and exploring on our own and had a great time. I had my birthday on the trip and Mariano went out of his way to make it special for me by purchasing gifts and eats and celebrating with all on the bus. That was very thoughtful.
