I know the claim is they are exactly the same, which they are, but with a different price. Good coverage of the attractions, a competent and hard working guide and very pleasant extras. Meals provided were more than generous and most hotels great. Destination Italia did not organize our tour very well. We were switched from one bus to another twice with very poor instructions. The local tour guys at each venue were very good, though. The destinations that we went to each day were excellent and so were the meals. For the most part, the hotels were good too. - LHLaura· October 7th, 2023Three different tour guides, hotels with issues (keys not working, drains not draining, doors that can’t be locked and more). 46 people one day, 40 the next and overall about 38 is too many people for one guide. Allergies not noted to restaurants. The tour starts at one point and people join along the way, so you’re not always with the same group of people or the same guide, nor do you know if you’re starting on the middle. Being older, our hearing abilities were not so great, so being able to understand the tour guide was difficult. Placido seemed very knowledgeable and has a very likable, friendly disposition. That said, it was difficult to understand him, especially over the bus microphone system. Summing up, we enjoyed the tour very much and would recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Sicily.Show moreTrip date: October 2022

Furthermore, on a personal note , never slept 9 nights , and I was sadden to know that there was no discount since we only slept 7 nights, and tour operator was aware from the beginning.... customer service is important, à a small gesture would have been nice...Show moreTrip date: October 2022
