  My experience as well as that of my wife was excellent and exceeded our expectations! This is also to mention the great job of our guide Placido who made our experience even greater and we thank him a lot!

  Meals need to be improved, especially dinners. Stop at the mall was waist of time. We were not informed about swimming opportunities so we left our swim attire on the bus.

  1st nite was awful .no proper welcome. Put in a basement of Il Principe fr dinner very slow service food was awful..cold and boring.air con also broken. Making arancini shoulf have staryed earlier. Dinner was very late. 3rd day we were dumped fr 2 hrs... Show more

  Trip to outlet mall was very unnecessary. Planned meals were repeticious snd they had trouble with veggie options. Meals were too late in evening, all after 8 pm. Not enough time in Palermo.
