Itenary was changed without eny notice. This made it to late to change plans and I came to Mexico just to pay the exit fee. I've could have joined in Belize instead. Having a option to upgrade for extra charge i a stupid idea! It only create problems. And this was alsothe first day of a new group. It set the tone for the rest of the leg. To little time in Antigua. You are not able to explore both the city and do a volcano hike. I think Flores and Rio Dulce was unnecessary. Several hotels operated with dollar menues but still gave back in local currency at a bad rate. Then you had to change money back again for the third time. Hotel Lauros (Copan) had a bad safetybox standard. Sometimes the did'nt put stuff in the safetybox but left the stuff in their main room and forgot about it. Could not find it after. Also Hotel Real de Leon put my stuff in reseption even if they had a safety box. But oher people got the safety box. You never knew who got the box and who did'nt. We could leave places earlier so we could spend more time on new place and have time to shop around for excursions. Prices in itenary are to low. Must add 10-15 dollar. You should have a system for pricing on group dinners. eg. $, $$ og $$$ I think Manual Antonio National Park is over selled in the itenary. I think Boca del Toro is not worth it. We missed a lot of time in Cloud Forest due to weather. Nothing to do about that but then we stopped one hour for lunch. So we only got 45 min. in the cloud forest!! We should have skipped lunch and bought snack instead. I mean people are on this trip because of the Cloud Forest, not the lunch!

Booking was really easy! The options were displayed clearly and I was able to filter. I especially liked that they recommended a travel insurer because I've never had to get travel insurance. No hassle experience and now I'm ready for my tour!
