Many thanks to the customer. There were many positives that the customer inadvertently forgot to mention : She sent a message in writing that the 70-minute Ayurvedic massage she had at Jaipur was the "BEST in the massage world" (her words) There was a royal wedding in our extended family in Jaipur. We got an invitation for her from the bride's parents and so she was I think the happiest person to see the ceremonies and enjoy the food on this rare occasion. She was invited for a delicious dinner at our home where we spent hours together. Most of the hotels she is referring to are majestic heritage properties that are not classified as 4-5 stars. Some criticism is well taken by us. And most importantly we did not charge her the mandatory single supplement - our mistake, my team overlooked that. My wife and me took this tour along with 4 friends. The company provided us an ac tempo traveler that was comfortable. Except for New Delhi and Agra accommodation at all other locations were forts and castles. The accommodation at Udaipur was lake-facing and very good. The Phool Mahal Palace at Kishangarh was the best property on the tour. We actually got to meet the Raja of Kishangarh who was their with his wife. He presented us miniature paintings on silk cloth. The overall experience was good and we have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.Show more

The tour was organised well. Maybe tried to fit in too much but that’s not a criticism. Our driver, Yogesh (from Jodphur to Jaipur) was wonderful. Our driver from Jaipur-Agra-New Delhi was dreadful. His driving was ok but he took us to awful refreshment stops & spoilt our much anticipated visit to the Taj Mahal. Overall though we were more than satisfied with the tour company and the organisation of our tour.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with IHCT Heritage & Adventure Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
