I may not need the Friday night hotel stay in Cairo. On Day 7 (Friday), after the Aswan to Cairo flight, I am considering taking an international flight departing Cairo at 2:25 AM. Could you please let me know the scheduled arrival time of the Aswan to Cairo flight, and whether you think this connection would allow sufficient time? Which Nile cruise ships or cruise lines do you typically use for this tour package?

The Aswan–Cairo domestic flight is usually scheduled between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Day 7, with the exact time confirmed closer to travel. Based on this usual schedule, a 2:25 AM international flight the following morning should allow sufficient time. For the Nile cruise, we typically use Renaissance Nile Cruise or similar, subject to final allocation.

We want to experience the overnight train from Cairo to Aswan, is that a possibility or do we have to separate our group? Will there be a same guide the entire time and traveling with us from Cairo to Aswan or two different guides for different destination

The Cairo–Aswan domestic flight is included as part of the tour package, so unfortunately it cannot be replaced with the overnight sleeper train within the standard group itinerary. If you choose to travel separately by train, you would need to rejoin the group in Aswan. Regarding guides, the tour is partially guided. You will have professional English-speaking guides for the scheduled sightseeing, but it may not be the same guide throughout the entire trip or travelling with you between every destination.

If I arrive in Cairo two days early, will you pick me up from the airport? If I leave two days late and stay at one of the hotels listed in your itinerary, will you take me to the airport? I'd like to confirm if the hotel in Cairo is the Gewan Hotel Cairo.

The tour was well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Big Mo, arranged everything, told us what to expect, and was transparent about fees and where we might need to tip extra. The Egyptologists and support staff, including the drivers, made the tour immersive and covered a strong selection of Egypt's most iconic sights. Every car pickup was coordinated perfectly, and everything was air-conditioned, including our rooms, the travel van, and our cabin on the Nile cruise. The pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum were stunning, thanks to the expertise of our guide and very knowledgeable Egyptologist, Abdul. The early morning starts were a smart choice. They helped us avoid the worst of the heat and the biggest crowds, which gave us great photos. Our knowledgeable Egyptologist also gave us a lot of individual attention. The Nile cruise was fantastic. The crew was attentive, made sure we were having a good time, kept our rooms clean, and accommodated requests for food, drinks, and laundry. Our cabin was larger than we expected, with a full window looking out over the Nile for the entire trip. If you're vegetarian, there's no need to worry. The kitchen will accommodate you if you let them know in advance. The temples at Luxor and Karnak were beautiful, and we were able to go inside and take some amazing photos. Our guide, Saladino, made sure everyone felt welcome and included. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and led a fantastic tour as we traveled farther south, including Abu Simbel and Aswan. The hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens was the highlight for me. It's an early start, but breakfast was served on the bus. The view from high above was breathtaking. Return transfers were included. We didn't miss a single pickup, and most of the group had a great time. I absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who would rather not spend their energy planning and coordinating every detail while navigating a foreign country.
