Ania· May 2nd, 2023BEWARE. Please save yourself stress and money and do not book this trip or with Europamundo. They changed my itinerary a day before I left switching me from the ferry to a flight without my consent. This would have been fine but it resulted me in missing everything on the itinerary for day 3 and half of day 4 with no refund of those activities. Additionally, our flight was canceled (not Europamundo’s fault of course) but it was a nightmare trying to get ahold of them. The emergency line even told me this isn’t an emergency when I called them when we had no place to stay and no way of rebooking our flight for ourselves since it was under the tour company’s name.
