Europamundo is able to accept travellers as young as 5 years old however there is no maximum age limit as long as you have a general level of fitness. Unfortunately, this means children under 5 years old or infants are not able to join the tour due to the nature of the tour and the activities involved.
- Do you arrange airport transfers?
An arrival airport transfer is included in the tour cost however if you require a departure transfer please contact our customer support team so this can be arranged for you for an additional cost.
- When and where does the tour start?
The tour begins with an included airport arrival transfer where a Europamundo representative will be waiting to greet you and take you to Praga Hotel (subject to change) where your guide will be waiting to meet you.
- When and where does the tour end?
The tour ends after breakfast at the hotel in Barcelona (Front Air Congress).
Please note the ending hotel is subject to change. - Is there a hotel list available?
During the tour, you will be staying at the following hotels -
Praga Hotel (4 star) - Madrid
Front Air Congress (4 star) - Barcelona
Please note that the accommodation is subject to change until your finalised documentation is released. - I am a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?
If you're travelling alone and wish to have your own private room you will need to choose single room accommodation and pay the additional single supplement as stated on the booking page. However, if you are happy to share a room with another person of the same gender you can choose the shared room option and there is no additional cost for this.
- Can you assist with additional accommodation?
Of course, we can! Once you have a confirmed booking on this tour, we can request additional accommodation for you with the tour operator.
- Are flights included?
Flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed. As we specialise in organising the best tours around the world for you, we are unable to advise on flight prices or book flights on your behalf. - Do I need a visa?
