I am a 58 year old woman who travelled with my adult daughters. We enjoyed the tour very much. Charlie was a competent guide who was very professional with a warm personality. The pace was fast but we got to see and experience so much l especially enjoyed the karaoke activity, Koyasan, the tour of the Peace Park in Hiroshima Miyajima Island and getting to know the other people on the tour. We experienced many forms of transportation too. We had a few shared meals with a lot of laughing involved. Overall we had an unforgettable experience !!!

Charlie was a fantastic tour guide for our group! She always brought cheerful energy and made the experience fun and enjoyable. She was informative, and if she didn’t know the answer to something, she was always eager to learn or look it up so she could get back to us. She was also very flexible and did a great job keeping the group dynamic positive. She made an effort to have conversations with everyone and made sure nobody felt left out. She was easy to contact, great at navigating, and even sent us her live location when needed, which was especially helpful. I had a great time with her and would definitely recommend her as a guide

Tour guide Charlie was friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all, she was great at getting us around and showing us the interesting sights. She took time to get to know our interests and highlighted those to us as we were approaching so we could keep an eye out. Bonus, we got to list places ahead of the crowds so got to experience crowd-free tourist hotspots!

Great tour! Very well done, with a nice mix of free time sprinkled in, while still feeling like your money was well spent on the tour activities. Our guide, Georgi, was excellent! Full of energy and very knowledgeable about the history of Japan. The snapshot was a great way to explore Osaka and Hiroshima.

The tour was the perfect mix of scheduled time and free time. We enjoyed all of the excursions and attractions and our guide, Georgie, was very friendly, helpful, patient and informative. My only critique is the quickie food tour. I felt it could have been more extensive and the stops/food was underwhelming. I know Japan must have better food than what we ate that night. Georgie was fantastic! I would definitely recommend any of her tours. You can tell she really enjoys her job and has a passion for travelling and leaning about different cultures.

This was great. There was a considered balance between structured touring and freedom for independent exploration. The flexibility and the useful information our guide, Jordan, provided made it easy for members to tailor their days. Shout out to Jordan who made sure that everyone was consistently wellinformed - whether it was about when to get of the subway or what the following day entailed.

This tour allowed me to visit locations and allowed me to join activities that I normally wouldn’t have on my own and exceeded my expectations. If you are nervous and travelling alone I highly recommend this tour!

I have had the most amazing time over the past 5 days on the Osaka Hiroshima snapshot tour. We have visited so many places & seen so much, so much more than I would have been able to see & do navigating this trip alone. Ashleigh has been a fantastic guide. She is very knowledgeable, really knows the areas we visited well & is really great at what she does. She is always going above & beyond to make sure everyone is getting the most out of their trip & everyone is accommodated for.

The tour guide Anna was great and got along well with everyone on the tour. She was very knowledgeable about traveling in Japan and the history for the areas. Looking back on the itinerary, I do think the tour was missing a ‘big’ moment, though each area covered was good and a good amount was covered in day. The others in the group had been a part of the previous week of locations, but they all said the part I was on had the better spots. By the end of it though, just can’t think of any stand out location. Otherwise a great tour and I definitely want to come back to Japan soon!
