Our guide Charlie was so organized and her communication skills, both face to face and via WhatsApp were excellent. She answered all our questions and was very willing to do extra research when we wanted additional information. We especially appreciated that she was able to accommodate our needs.

I am finishing my 14-day trip in Japan very happy with how it turned out!!! All the stays were amazing and unique, and the places we visited had a great combination of history and beautiful scenery. But the thing that stood out the most about this tour was our guide, Charlie. She was very organized, joyful, helpful, and had great knowledge of all the places we visited. By the end of the tour, she felt more like a friend than a guide. She ended the tour with a beautiful gift that she had custom-made for each and every person on the tour. It was a handwritten postcard with a design on the back featuring places, phrases, and things that reminded us of this trip, along with a little souvenir that we can put on our bags. She is just amazing, and if I could choose a guide, I would choose her every single time!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, everything was very well organised and the stays were amazing. The highlight of the tour was definitely our tour guide Charlie. Our first impression was that she was a wizard, she knew the tour like the back of her palm and getting through the trains and buses was a breeze because of her. Charlie really got the group together by suggesting bars and places to have dinner so we could all spend time together, she was the glue. And even beyond just doing her job she helped us onward with our travels, gave us handwritten beautiful postcards that had personal messages for everyone and a design that had all of our moments throughout the trip. I lost my bag witch had my passport in it and she helped me find it. It was a great experience and a true pleasure to get such a wonderful tour guide on this trip.

Great trip - fast paced and a really enjoyable way to get a taster of Japan. Hard to pick a favourite place as I thoroughly enjoyed the entire itinerary but was great to get a mix of big and small cities.

What an amazing trip! From start to finish, the tour was so well organised and had the perfect balance between planned activities and free time. It was definitely jam-packed and non-stop, but in the best possible way! We got to see and experience so much without ever feeling like we were missing out, while still having enough time to explore and do our own thing.

My experience with the tour was great. With Beth we had the best tour guide imaginable: she was always well organized, had a lot of knowledge about everything and always made sure that everyone has a great time. The activities included like the sushi and Kendo class were a lot of fun. In general Japan is a wonderful country and we had a lot of fun.
