We were there mid week Sep 24-25 at Hotel Senator with Max and team. They took really good care of us during our visit to the Oktoberfest Tents. We loved the close proximity to entrance and had a fabulous time with the entire group. The Thirsty Swagman is the best and takes real good care of your needs. (Oliverio grp)

Thank you to Kenneth and the entire crew at Thirsty Swagman. Back in 2022, my siblings and I decided a family trip to Germany (our fathers family is of German heritage) and stumbled upon Thirsty Swagman Tours for Oktoberfest. From our initial inquiry, juggling multiple bookings, a few changes, and endless questions, Kenneth and his team were amazing. Everything, I mean everything, went off without a hitch. We opted for the Le Meridien hotel, mid-week package. The hotel was great; comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, and very close to the festival grounds. The beer tents were so much fun; great music, fabulous atmosphere, delicious food. Having everything arranged for us made it soooo much more enjoyable. As my family's travel planber and my background in travel/meeting planning, I understand just how much goes into an event such as this. And we are so grateful for everything Kenneth and the Thirsty Swagman Tours did to endure a memorable experience was had by all. Until next time, Prost!

I'm a Travel Agent and I brought a group of 11 to Munich from Florida and NY. We stayed at The Hotel Senator, the 3 star hotel. It was great. First, It was about a 5 minute walk to the Oktoberfest grounds and a 1 block walk to bus that takes you to all the sightseeing spots. The Hotel rooms were just fine. The ONLY thing that we didn't care for is that there was no A/C , but it was cool out so we just opened the windows. And if pillows are important to you, bring your own. The breakfast was very good. We did enjoy the Hotel bar as well. The Thirsty Swag Employees were wonderful. They met us each day in the lobby, made sure that we had what was needed and got us to our "tent" and reserved table. I was not aware that we all got vouchers for -2- liters of Beer, and a lunch or dinner voucher . That was a very good perk as each Liter of Beer was at least 15 euros plus tip. We had our own photographer taking group photos for us. The Representatives made sure that we had everything that we needed and were having fun (I think) right along side of us. The owner , Kenneth, was there as well ensuring that all was well and we were enjoying ourselves. I am already canvassing my clients to get them to go to Munich in 2025. If you are going to Oktoberfest, I highly recommend The Thirsty Swagman!

This was the trip of a lifetime and Thirsty Swagman took all of the guesswork out of the experience! We customized our trip to add on a few extra days in the beginning at the Munich hotel. We also customize to add a couple of nights at Stuttgart. All this was handled very professionally and very easily. They provided excellent information and recommendations and made this trip one of the best experiences we have ever had! Shout out to Kenneth and Ashley for making sure we enjoyed everything! THE BEST! Worth your time and money. Book it- we have attended twice with Kenneth and his crew and it's a 10 star review. No boring sightseeing is right! Enjoy the Octoberfest with professional tour guides that are down to Earth, easy to talk with, and answer all your questions about the most popular festival in the . We stayed at Le Meriden and couldn't book any other stay. .we loved it that much. 5 star accommodations, and sooo close to the festivities. Besides the fact your passing everyone up waiting to get into the tents, your given food vouchers and drink vouchers for your booking. It includes a fun goodie swag bag, and an awesome token ( book the trip so you see what it is!) To take home! If you don't want to worry about getting into a tent, finding a table...this is the way to go. We will back for sure in 2026! Fabulous time. Your guides are amazing. Personable, knowledgeable, and just an all around great group. Saw so many places and had a better time than even expected. Having planned outings that are optional was a great perk. Plenty of time for solo sightseeing and the bus and bus driver were top notch!

Everything was done so well! Starting in Munich for the experience of a lifetime. In between trips to Regensburg and Rotenburg were delightful. Then on to Stuttgart for the final beer festival. Everything was well organized and completely explained. Hotels were nice, restaurants were great; I wouldn’t change a thing!
