We had an absolutely amazing 7-day trip around India’s Golden Triangle, including an unforgettable safari in Ranthambore! The entire experience was exceptionally well organised by the agency Joyful Holidays, whose professionalism, attention to detail and seamless planning made the journey stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. Our Spanish speaker tour guides in each city (Ashu, Amit & Vipul) were fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate, bringing India’s rich history, culture and traditions to life at every stop. Visiting the magnificent Taj Mahal, exploring the beautiful palaces of Jaipur and discovering the impressive Agra Fort were among the absolute highlights of our trip. The safari in Ranthambore was another unforgettable experience that made the journey even more special. The 2 day tour private tour of Agra's major monuments was excellent. Mr Ram, the driver who drove us safely from Delhi to Agra and back again, was communicative, on time, and accommodating of us and our young child. The car was clean, comfortable, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and Mr Ram was always supplying us with fresh water bottles. Mr Raj, the guide who guided us through the various monuments, was knowledgeable of the sites and history and tailored the experience to us and our situation. Mr Raj also took care of ticketing at each site, got us fast and priority entry each time at no extra cost, and took fantastic pictures (or showed us where the best photo spots were). Overall, Mr Raj and Mr Ram created an experience that was easy, comfortable, and ultimately unforgettable.

My husband and I recently completed a 7-day Golden Triangle tour for our very first trip to India, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable and well-curated experience. Sonia and the team were exceptionally communicative and accommodating throughout the week, checking in regularly and truly going above and beyond to ensure we were happy every step of the way. Exploring Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur was unforgettable, with breathtaking sights and a seamlessly managed itinerary. Navigating India’s traffic can be chaotic, but we felt completely safe and relaxed in his care throughout the journey. Our only minor constructive feedback concerns the mid-day stops at tourist shops presented as cultural stops. While there was no pressure to purchase, they took up over an hour, and one guide became noticeably rushed and matter-of-fact after we didn't buy anything at the jewelry and tapestry stores. That brief moment aside, the entire week was fantastic. We felt wonderfully taken care of and wholeheartedly recommend Joyful Holidays to anyone planning their first journey to India!
