We don't ronammy go with organized tours, but given the limited time and a fact we were somewhat "off-season" made as decide to trust our planning to professionals and boy we weren't dissapointed! We enjoyed our tour very much, especially with our guide Lasha, who is very experienced and knowledgeable. I felt that travel times between some places were very long and some knowledge of that beforehand would have been useful, eg I would have preferred an extra night in Batumi after a long drive from the mountains. Some of the expected attractions were closed with no apologies or advanced warning from the ticket offices or alternatives eg. Sataplia cave and Svan tower museum in Mestia. However, we enjoyed visiting Georgia and want to thank everyone involved who helped to arrange our trip, especially given the pandemic situation, we were very grateful to have our holiday which was postponed from last year.

The Sataplia park, observation platform, museum, and dinosaur’s footprints were open for the public; the only space, which was closed was the karst cave (300 m deep). Unfortunately, you missed it and there was no time in the itinerary for adding another karst cave in the Imereti region. Lasha, your guide decided to take you to Tetnuldi tour as a supplement. The tour was very good and we enjoyed it a lot. The only thing lacking for us was the absence of ANY information or inclusion of ANY Jewish site in the tour. We know there are things in all three countries we visited about Jewish life, but none was included. It should.

In the end I must say that this tour is not in any case suitable for a single traveller. As the group is very small, you can be lucky with the companions or less. For sure you will spend a lot of time together. The advantage of a very small group is that there is more space for individual needs, wishes and questions.

If you want a short trekking tour that encompasses the beautiful Kazbegi region in Georgia, then I'd highly recommend this one! :) It is a very well planned 3-day itinerary - the multiple hikes planned by Georgian Holidays are amazing!
