Operator's comment: Reply to a client of 20 Feb, 2019 group departure ......... _ You are right about the tour was quick, now we don’t accept over 50s travelers and we have an age restriction for this tour of maximum 60 years, to ensure that the people sign up to the tour are active and ready to explore everything in 09 days………….. - It is not true that no one gave details about the daily schedule and about what you will do, you have received 1. A tour itinerary to your e mail before your arrival, 2. We had a meeting at Cairo hotel for the whole group and briefly described how things will go with the tour, 3. Waleed was very informative tour guide explain every historical site and give full information about “by the way you never stop to listen to him you were always going to discover the places by yourself”, also at the beginning of everyday he was telling you what we do today, and during the meals he was telling you the next day plan, “most of the time you weren’t with the group” you were on your own. He was always nice and friendly , and this what others in the same group said about him………. - About Tipping point, this was to ensure that everyone enjoying his time in Egypt and no one following him to ask for tipping, we collected it in advance because we pay it on daily basis to the bellboys, housekeeping, representative, drivers, hotel and Nile Cruise staff” and sorry it is not true that you double tipped , you didn’t give anyone any more tipping…………. - About the Cruise ship it was a good standard but of course not too luxury , as this is the budget of the tour and you didn’t pay for a luxury tour…………… - Can I ask you why you rated the transportation with 3 stars? while the big bus we used was model 2019, super clean and new, with Free WIFI provided by us?......... - We are not related to the broker cruise company Vacations to go USA and we have never mentioned this , we are completely two different companies with different business, they sell are a broker for Overseas Cruises and We are a Tour Opertator for Egypt and Middle East tour, it is your mistake that you mixed up between us , you says you are a regular customer of them , you should even know their company’s logo which completely different to ours ....... - Excuse me I see your review is unfair to the service you have received from us and you are misleading the people who are interested in this tour , but it is your opinion and we have to respect anyway , but many things you have said none of them are right…………….
