Although i'm so sad for having a bad experience on the Nile Felucca part and i'm terribly sorry for the misunderstanding from your side about the difference between the Nile Felucca and the Nile cruise, but i'm glad that the tour was great in general. Also please let me explain to you that you booked a 9 days tour called Nile Adventure and there were 2 other people on the tour who booked another 9 days tour called Nile Jewel- the only difference between the 2 itineraries is the Nile felucca and the Nile cruise. Here is the description of the Nile Adventure tour stated on TourRadar website; "A 9 days group tour- designed with great value of money. An itinerary has been made specially to cover the highlights of Egypt such as Pyramids, museums, temples, valley of the kings, safari, swimming, diving and snorkeling with one night on a traditional boat (Felucca). " When you made a request to book the Nile Felucca I assumed that you are aware of the Nile Felucca preferences, besides to make sure you have all the information once you confirmed your booking I sent you the pre-departure sheet that has full information about the felucca type. You would have been switching to the Nile cruise if you asked for as we normally do as per client's request. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback and hope you can make it to Egypt again in the recent future and I shall offer you a special discount of 10% on any of the Nile cruises itineraries you would be interested in.
