Bobby was the best tourguide ever! He knows everything about the country and tells everything so enthusiastically! He takes care and thinks of everyone. He is always positive and cheerful! Bobby makes sure that everyone has a trip to never forget! You can tell him everything if there is something and he always makes a nice joke. You feel at home when you are with bobby and it seems like he is family!

Both the Thailand & Vietnam Experience was so incredible!! I have done a few tours with different companies and Intro has been the best one. The tours are jam packed with activities that are it's so worth it and memorable! I had Emily as my Thai tour leader & Bobby as my Vietnam tour leader and they were both amazing. They really look after the group and create a fun environment. I do recommend not to book the Thai & Vietnam Experience back to back as you definitely need a couple days inbetween to rest but overall absolutely amazing.
