Dear Jansyn, Thank you for taking the time to get back to us with your post-tour feedback, it's very much appreciated, as is the spirit in which you have given this. I'm pleased to hear that you loved your time in Morocco and had a good tour in general, though I'm sorry if any of the issues mentioned spoiled your enjoyment overall in any way. The airport transfers at the end should have gone smoother and we've picked up on the specific issue on your date and addressed it. As one of our Shoestring-level tours in Morocco, we do offer guiding on the trip in different languages. This makes the tour an option for more travellers, and allows more competitive pricing. Unfortunately, if we were to run 3 separate groups (1 for each language), the group size would be considerably smaller, and this would have a big impact upon the price at which we're able to sell the tour for. We do offer some English-only small-group tours with a maximum size of 12 people and more boutique-style hotels, but these necessarily do come in more expensive. I'm pleased to hear that you did think the guide handled the multiple languages well. In general, they just translate and give the same info in each language, though if there are questions in one language but not another, that can make them take different amounts of time. Regarding tour itinerary paperwork, we have a detailed downloadable itinerary on our website which gives information on the various places you visit each day. However, we actively try to avoid giving very detailed hourly breakdowns for each day, as the nature of the trip means that some flexibility is required, and it also allows the guide to discuss minor changes with the group. With lunch stops, as we have a fairly full-on itinerary to keep up with, it's often difficult for guides to give the whole group free time to explore and find restaurants at each lunch break, as this can result in delays on the tour (for example, if one restaurant served meals slower than others, etc.). Similarly, during tours of the Medinas, we do need to try to keep the group together so that people don't get lost or lose track of time and then potentially hold the rest of the group up. While in theory, giving a meeting point and time should work, in practice, with larger groups doing tours of the Medinas, it inevitably often ends in delays which can spoil the enjoyment of the people who arrived back on time. Again, I'm sorry if anything detracted from your overall enjoyment of your time in Morocco. We do hope to welcome you on another of our tours sometime in the future, where perhaps you may like to consider one of our small group tours instead of a Shoestring-level trip.
