If you&#8217;re not already familiar with this dish, Vindaloo is mainly popular in Goa and around the Konkan area. The original recipe\u00a0is prepared with pork meat and can be found mostly in the restaurants of Goa. Anywhere else, you will find variations with lamb or chicken and potatoes, as well. Only once you&#8217;ve tried this dish will you truly understand what it&#8217;s like to have your mouth set on fire, but too be honest, it&#8217;s guaranteed to be a culinary sensation like no other.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.
