I booked with STM Tours through Tour Radar and had a great experience. All transfers and tours went very smoothly and were well organized. A representative of STM tours was in contact with me each day to make sure I had all of the details for the day. We did have one issue with a hotel, but the General Manager contacted me to correct the issue.
5 Day Florence Including Chianti Region,Pisa and Cinque TerreI had the pleasure to explore Tuscany gem places/towns and some wineries with this tour operator Ranieri... and what a TRIP!!! Where. Let me beginning with saying the communication is on point and prompt, their Team clearly had the experience and had beeing doing this for a while as they said. Then since the moment we arrived, my husband and I they took care of every single detail of our trip, it was My Birthday week so it was a big relief for my husband not having to worry about anything but just enjoying AMAZING TUSCANY and enjoying the TASTE of it, we are two foodie people and toor was very focused on the Culinary and wine aspects of the region, Just being at FLORENCE was a dream and 5 starts treatment we were receiving from the guides and tour lead. Luke walking inside a art paint while trying all the good food along the way Then going to a country side farm and trying there the local produce, jellies, food, and of course the great Tuscany wine was just the start of it. The views, the atmosphere, the place it self and that night we had the pleasure to meet the Company Owner seen she pop out for a quick welcome to our group tour. What a lovely lady she is, that was a treat for sure. CHIANTI wineries were an enchanted place to be, we also had a tasting there and some olives and little bites food tasting... I Love the medieval architecture so just coming on the private buss we were being transported and seeing San Gimignano up on top of the hills with those impressive walls and Italian cypress trees got my heart raising...even better the great walking experience inside of it. However I have to say for me SIENA stole my heart ❤️ the whole trip was so worthy but Siena is out of this world, they have everything ready to explore the city, that is where I have my bday dinner, it was surreal to be seated at the piazza surrounded but the beautiful buildings and walls, my head was going 360 trying to catch up with all that beauty. Oh btw in every place we stopped they gave us recomendaciones of were to sho go shopping, or takes breaks. I Love that part that they were conscious about giving us FREE time for us to enjoy in our onw but always guided, we felt so safe and cared at every moment. Thank you Letizia for all your great work and for taking care of our amazing experience. I DEFINITELY recommend and would use this tour operator again in the future. I had been wanting to make a review since then, better now than never. Until next time Italy 🇮🇹 💙 ❤️ 🇺🇸
Flavors of Tuscany | Premium Independent Tour including small-group excursions | 6days/5nightsOverall tour offered was quite good and hotel was comfortable and in a nice location. A couple of the individual tours may need to be reviewed as well as the tour advertising on your site as what is advertised and what happens can vary markedly (this extends to a number of your advertised tours). Duomo and Uffuzi tours were back-to-back which left us minimal time for a break and freshen up. Also, the advertised meeting point was incorrect and the tour operator advised they have noted this with your firm previously - this nearly caused us to miss our first tour. The Tuscany tour mainly left us to our own devices for the day in three different towns - a walking tour in Siena lasted less than 1 hour, and the wine tasting was simply that. No involvement or explanations on how they produce the wine or tour of the plant, purely a tasting of overpriced wine. Your tour structure is great with something interesting to do each day but a review of these tours and the operators might prove beneficial. Timing of individual tours on the same day may need to be reviewed as well to ensure there is some time between each.
