With Dan deployed to the Austrian Front, Morzine Barracks was left in the capable hands of Aydin & Chris (yeah it was).
Troop morale was buoyed with lively banter, a surfeit of food and drink and full use of the hot tub time machine.
Regular mountain sorties and late night skirmishes with the locals tested the HOFNAR team to the limit, but it was unwavering in its resolve. Well done lads, see you next year!
The most fun you can have in Morzine! Accommodation is great, hosting is great, food is great and the concept is fantastic. What could be better than cobbling together a bunch of people from all walks of life to go have fun together in the snow. We had a mixed group from total beginners to instructors and it worked to perfection. Dan works tirelessly to ensure his guests not only leave with a smile on their faces but they are smiling throughout the trip.
I can't recommend Hofnar enough, especially to people who want to meet a new group of people, have fun, relax and be shown the best places on and off the mountain. 5 Stars
Another excellent trip with HOFNAR! This was my first time surfing and I must say that they picked a great campsite (complete with an awesome bar!) and a great surf school (Kingsurf Mawgan Porth).

Thanks so much for a great week in Morzine! Perfect April snow, good company, fab nights out, chilled nights in, good food, massive apres ski and great organisation. Dan and Sam were hilarious and fantastic hosts. I will be back!
Best snowboarding week i've ever had. Dan and Sam show the best hospitality of any ski chalet, serve amazing meals and also guide you all over the ski resort. You feel like a member of the family!
After an EXTREME week of skiing and some very memorable nights out on the town I just missed the morning cook up on our last day. Dan effortlessly threw together a much needed breakfast for me.
There was no limit to the accommodating nature of our hosts who created a truly unforgettable experience which I would highly recommend!

Awesome Week
The food is amazing the people are amazing. Dan and Sam do such a great job making sure everyone is happy whilst also simultaionsly taking the piss out of everyone in a light hearted banter manner. Go on this trip if your a fun person who wants to have a good laugh and some good times snowboarding.
Snowboarding trip last week of January. Great chalet, great location, great hosts, brilliant group of skiers & boarders. Outdoor hot-tub :)

It was EXTREME, best week of my life. Amazing challet, food, beer and resort. Dan and Sam were awesome hosts, everyone who was there didn't have to do a thing. Unlimited beer was also massive bonus. As soon as I got there I was fed by Dan he gave me my pass and I was ready to hit the slopes. Was just so easy. I met an incredible bunch of people who were all up for an awesome ski holiday and who I am going to miss very much. I am definitely going to be back there again. If your thinking about booking, don't!!! Just do it. The HOFNAR experience is the way!
What a week. Will be booking next years holiday as soon as dates are posted. Dan and Sam our hosts were great. Dan with the endless supply of jokes(some were pretty awful)and Sam with the great meals. All passes,equipment and lessons were either sorted before arrival or with you within hours of arriving. Picnics on the slopes and waffles for apre-ski, what more could you ask for. Thanks hofnar for a truly wonderful experience.
