The best 17 days of my life, that's for sure! So well organised, so easy not having to worry about getting to and from places etc but most importantly SO fun!
Accommodation was great, as were the meals but what really made our tour was the people, and it wouldn't have been the same without our Topdeck driver and guide. They were both so knowledgeable about all the places we visited, giving us a great run down of the history, so enthusiastic (even on little sleep!) and even though they worked so hard during the day to make it the trip of a lifetime, they always made the effort to socialise with the group too.
What surprised me the most was how fun they managed to make the long bus trips, with competitions, quizzes, award cermonies for the 'topdeck of the day' and more. One thing that really stood out for me was how they were always looking out to see that we were happy and comfortable - whether that meant checking the temperatureon the bus was okay, the music was the right volume.. you name it they were on to it. I remember one particularly rough day on the bus from Rome to Florence, we were all a little worse for wear (me in particular!) and they were so kind to me, offering me water and saying to let them know if I needed them to stop.. even though it was all self induced!
The itinerary and optionals over the 17 days were just amazing, as were the organised parties and I know I'll always look back on this tour with the best memories ever.
Thanks Topdeck, can't wait to travel with you again!

It was a lot of fun! I had a great time and the tour guide and bus driver were top notch! The only complaint I have was that I wish I had chosen a longer tour because I had such an amazing time. Definitely would do it all again.
