25th August 2012: We toured in the Dordogne region of France - our second tour with Discover France. We had a terrific trip - the region was far less touristed than the Loire where we were last year. The routes took us on small roads with little traffic through farm land, rolling hills, by castles, and, the highlight of our trip, through an area filled with caves and ancient cave art. Be sure to reserve tickets in advance for the popular caves near Les Eyzies! The Discover France team handled all of our logistics well, especially when we were trying to match frequent flyer availability with dates of our trip - they were very patient and accommodating with our changes. Can't wait for the next trip!

16th August 2012: From May 26 to June 16, we were able to enjoy Discover France Adventures in Paris, Loire and Provence. In Paris, we did not use a bike but the Hotel Moliere was booked with them. The second part was in Amboise (Multi Activity, 4 nights). Then we change saddle for a few days of Horseback Riding in Poitou-Charentes. We took the train back to Paris and use the TGV to get to Avignon. There we were transfered to Hotel La Garance by Discover France. From La Garance, my husband biked to the top of Mont Ventoux. We aslo visited Les Gorges de la Nesque with a Tandem. Then we went to Gordes and St-R/my de Provence.All the details (maps, bike adjustments), hotels reservations and train tickets were absolutely perfect.
