Chile is an awesome destination for those backpacking in South America with some of the world’s classic trekking routes through the craggy mountains of the Torres del Paine National Park. This country has so many natural wonders - volcanos, geysers, thermal pools as well as the Patagonian rainforest and wildlife. Heaps to do - snowboarding, sandboarding, surfing, fishing, even a glacier tour past giant icebergs.
