Online Marketing Specialist

What to expect

This full-time role is for our Vienna office, where the bulk of the Marketing Team is based. Expect to make use of Skype and other forms of online communication in order to stay in touch and collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team in Brisbane and Toronto and our developers in St. Petersburg. In this position you will be able to bring out the best in you and learn new skills from an experienced team. This position is responsible for growing tour operator, and partnership sales with key accounts across the UK and Europe. The BDM will use creativity and business acumen to build partnerships that drive sales.  As TourRadar’s ambassador you will create new opportunities,  help drive sales while supporting training and servicing of key accounts. You will be responsible for partner onboarding all the way through to regular account management. You will also drive online integrations that will continue to expand reach and volume of sales. What can you expect?
As a Junior BDM you will be a pioneer in this industry and will be required to target and prioritize key contacts/accounts. Your focus will be two-fold; onboarding and managing operators as well as building revenue sharing partnerships. Customer service is key as we connect new partners, on-board new operators and build mutually beneficial relationships.

Requirements:

3 years experience minimum in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in a travel industry role

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university years experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Knowledge of the European and African travel market with established key contacts

Personal and/or professional travel experience to areas in which TourRadar sells

Experience negotiating contracts and developing relationships

Comfort working for a tech-forward company including  the regular useage of tracking, monitoring, project and CRM software

Willingness to travel out of office up to 20% of working time

Austrian or on-going working visa (without restrictions)

Driver’s license in good standing

We are currently looking for a QA Analyst / Web Application Test to join our team in Vienna or St. Petersburg. You would work work closely with our product and marketing teams in identifying, defining and executing test cases across the entire website and mobile apps

Responsibilities:

You would be responsible for providing functional and non-functional testing of applications and websites for individual projects, ensuring that all services meet business, operational and technical requirements. You would provide quality assurance and testing guidance to project team members to create and maintain the highest level of quality in deliverables by creating and maintaining testing deliverables such as test plans, test cases and scripts, test reports, bug tracking, and verification and validation during critical stages of development. This position also shares responsibility for building and maintaining internal lines of communication, and creating/refining departmental process. Responsibilities for testing will include XML, API, website, mobile apps, marketing campaigns, facebook apps.

Requirements

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a sound understanding of and interest in web.. The perfect candidate has an understanding of XML, API as well as with automated testing via Selenium.

Junior Product Manager

THE CHALLENGE
As a Junior Product Manager you will be responsible for working with the tech, customer support and business development teams. The position will include planning, specifying and delivering features and new products to support the strategic goals of the company. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with operators and prospects.

You must have a a solid technical understanding and background while at the same time understand the business needs and strategic goals.  You will work closely together with the engineering department to define, plan and release the product requirements. You will work closely together with the tour operators to import and integrate their XML feeds and APIs. At the same time you will work together with the customer support team to understand the customers pain points and address these pain points with the product releases.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing the entire product line life cycle from requirements to release
* Driving solutions which are set across all operator acquisition and customer support through requirements and product definition.
* Define and prioritize features based on the strategic goals
* Work closely with operators to import and integrate XML feeds and API
* Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
* Test and monitor all tour operator imports and immediately actioning any open issues that arise
* Define and setup test cases and test suites as well as defining unit test together with the developers for all imports


REQUIREMENTS
* Computer Science or Engineering degree * 1+ year product / project management experience.
* Understanding of Agile Development Life cycle
* 1+ year experience with Wireframe tools such as balsamiq
* 1+ year experience in  product specifications
* 1+ years experience with XML feeds / XML schemas and/or API documentations
