Highlights where having your own freedom of travelling and being able to sleep 'for free'. Liked seeing Nimbin, surfing in Byron Bay, Diving in Forster and hiking in blue mountains. Don't forget to bring a headlight. And always close hightop windows, break-ins do happen (happend to us :( ) It's a good experience but try to get a newer model or a cheaper price or you won't feel save on the road. Greetings Susan & Wiebe

Had an absolute brilliant time in our Chubby Dragon - picked it up from Brisbane and drove up to Cairns - great trip. Noosa & Fraser Island was just amazing and all the parties/babes at Airlie beach. Definitely one of my best trips...

We had a Stationwagon for 3 weeks and drove from Brisbane to Cairns. Our "Blue monster" did't make any troubles, was easy to drive and the MP3 adapter saved our lifes! 2 of us used the car, the other 2 slept in the tent and we had fun for 8!

Hey, we rented a Chubby to travel from Sydney to Brisbane and had a really good time. Our Chubby had a pretty cool design and even so we had one mechanical issue Travellers Autobarn fixed the problem still at the same day. My girlfriend and I had an excellent time and we will always remember our time at Port Macquarie having a barbecue and chilling out straight on the beach.

I hired a Hitop campervan from Travellers Autobarn with 2 of my friends to travel up the East Coast for 3 weeks. We started off in Sydney and made our way up the beautiful coastline. Our first stop was Byron Bay! We pulled up close to the beach and were glad we had decided to rent the hitop as there was plenty of backpackers walking around with their backpacks on trying to find accommodation and we had beds in the back of our van! We went for a walk up to the lighthouse, and around the lookout point, which was amazing. We even saw whales out in the ocean. We then headed down to the beach and did a learn to surf lesson which was really fun. Us girls then went back to our camper and set up the tables and chairs Travellers Auto Barn provided us with out the front of our camper right next to the beach and cooked a BBQ and had a few drinks it was great to have our own kitchen in the van. After Byron Bay we headed North to Cairns and booked in for a Scuba Dive on the Great Barrier Reef the scenery was stunning. We all really enjoyed our experience with Travellers Autobarn the staff are really friendly and helpful and it was great that we had a mp3 adapter so we got to listen to all our favourite music on our road trip from our ipod! Cheers Kelly

Hi there, My trip with the Travellers Auto Barn Chubby was just awesome. The car was brandnew and had a cool design. We drove from Melbourne down to the Great Ocean Rd (12 Apostels etc.) The sunset was just stunning and it is a really nice drive all along the coast to Apollo Bay or furhter back to Melbourne. On the way back to Melbourne you pass Bells Beach, where the famous surf movie Point Break (Keanue Reeves and Patrick Swayze)was shot. You can watch some really good surfer there. There are lovely surf villages along the way where you can also indulge in some really good shopping for surf clothing since a lot of surf brands are based in this area (with outlets!!) Our Chubby camper was just perfect, you can put your boards on top of it and it sleeps 2 people inside. It was our nice little surf camper:) All in all it was an awesome trip, thanks guys for the nice camper and your useful advice what to visit etc... Cheers Mel and Krissi
