Trip Description:
Commencing in Entebbe heading to Rwanda, with the opportunity to gorilla trek, game drives and cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park, a visit to Kalinzu Forest to trek chimpanzee in the wild and stopping over at the Genocide Memorial in Kigali.
Safari itineraries are given as a guide only. A safari is a journey and true journeys in Africa unfold and are of an adventurous nature. The unexpected can arise, so do allow for this.

Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1
UGANDA
Entebbe, Kampala, Lake Victoria,drum market and Equator crossing.
Days 2 - 3
Queen Elizabeth National Park including a game cruise and game drive.
Optionals: Chimp trekking in a Ugandan forest.
Day 4
Kabale.
Days 5 - 6
RWANDA
Kigali, Ruhengeri and the Virungas.
Optionals: Genocide museum and memorial, golden monkey trek, visit to Dian Fossey's grave, orphanage and preschool visit.
Days 7 - 8
The Virungas. Return early morning on the last day to Kigali for drop off. Alternatively you can stay on in Ruhengeri if you wish to do an additional day for further activities.
Optionals: Mountain gorilla trek in either Parc National des Volcans (Rwanda) or Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (Uganda).
